I can help with the paper work. If you are a small disadvantaged ethnic business you can get contracts without all the paperwork.So Flipmister might work.Can you make toilet seats???
 
Well, if Office Depot and the likes can qualify as a "small business" with the government, surely Flipmeister can qualify, and... let's see... if he turns ownership over (only as a front, of course) to his wife, it would be a woman owned, small business. That raises your chances pretty good, now... if only Mrs. Flip can prove she is a minority... lol A minority, woman-owned small business can sell the government items, even it they are not needed.. hahaha.. So that should meet the "pay a lot for a little" qualification.
