Most "men's" multi-vites have a really high Zinc content. Something to do with pelvic blood flow and Arterial wall strength and ability to maintain pressure. If you take enough throughout life, then, if your cremated, the Zinc will burn really hot ...... ever seen a hanger fire. High Zinc content with magnesium, engine blocks burning like sparklers on cracker night (Aussie evening of blowing things up - held annually - much missed in places where the Nanny State banned blowing things up).

Zinc is not that flammable nor explosive. As a powder - yes (basically any metal is). As a solid block - not really. It is magnesium that burns.. and burns.. burns at 3000°C and once you set it on fire, its very difficult to stop it. If you put water on it, it basically burns more.. water falls apart to pure hydrogen and oxygen, and, well, show only starts..

Many Formula One car accidents back in the 60s and 70s were good examples, with all the magnesium wheels and engine parts.

have replaced most broken bits and pieces on the bike and she is roadworthy.
i drove the bike into town this morning to have new mufflers installed (replacing damaged Jardines).
getting ready this morning, i must admit to a bit of anxiousness.
had cottonmouth the whole ride (20 miles).
stayed the heck away from everyone.
i know i'll loosen up but expect to keep the wisdom earned while sliding down the highway.
i am very lucky to be riding again this soon.
fractured ankle sounded worse than it really is, healing great.
i'll post a pic of her after new muffler install.
and the bike looks **** good again. waiting on new tank and a few smaller items.

I had a crash a few years back wearing leather. It slid with me 50’. My replacement is a mesh/ textile jacket. Haven’t had the luxury of being put on the ground wearing that one....
I read that the mesh jacket material grabs on the pavement, causing more of a tumbling effect. My old leather slid, didn’t get hung up or cause an injury... that time.
In the interest of experience, How’d your mesh type jacket do? Did it grab and roll you?

I’m sorry to say the mesh jacket sleeve snap came off when I initially made contact with the asphalt allowing the armored sleeve to ride up my arm causing significant road rash to my forearm. Had the snap stayed in place this would not have happened. For now, for me, it’s only leather jackets.
