Funny you should mention that. I just stayed at a hotel in Virginia City, NV where about 30 Harleys were lined up outside. There were Harleys all over town. I saw one guy polishing his at curbside. (I asked for a room away from the bikers. The receptionist said they were pretty well behaved, which was true, except that two tattooed apes showed up for the continental breakfast shirtless.)

One thing you can say about those guys is that they are amazing clean freaks - probably the best thing you can say about Harleys is that they are really clean.

I never wash my bike. I hate housework. I asked my girlfriend if I should go up to one of the doo-ragged, tattooed oafs and ask how much he would charge to wash my bike.

Good idea? I'm 5' 10", 170 lbs, but I'm wirey and fast, especially on the R3.
