We have a Chinese restaurant here in Henryetta Oklahoma. A few years back when they first open thought great. Went on in and figured out real quick not Chinese. Actually it is a Vietnamese restaurant. Looked at the menu and ask the folks "Why say Chinese when it is not"? Worried look from owner That looked at me like please shut up. Nowadays stop in about once a week and order. Really good food all prepared fresh. Big hit always busy but given the location and advertisements very few realize that it is not Chinese.

They figured that business would be better by calling it Chinese. Remember where i live The big city of Henryetta Oklahoma. Small town and sometimes closed minds.Oh #ell that almost sounds political correct.

I find most Chinese and Japanese food places where I live are operated by Koreans!

I make soooo many dishes that taste really great but I only duplicate them occasionally like Scottish Eggs.

Kenny, i was talking about that to a co worker today, he can't understand how i can call a bunch of strangers family

Too far away time-wise to confirm, but it would sure be awesome to go. Was up there last month with my Brother and the Blue Ridge Parkway was spectacular! I can only imagine the music of a herd of Rockets through those tunnels!
