Welcome from New England... If you've ever owned a Harley no ABS shouldn't be a deal breaker.

My Road King has abs, my springer does not... I prefer the abs.

I have a 2013 tour left over bought it in 2014 and it has ABS
However looking at your picture , it's hard to see if you have ABS ? Can't see it? But unable to zoom into the front disc brake to get a close look? Should have a small disc there for the braking system!

Welcome from New Jersey, you will love the bike ask about the quick release sissy bar for the pillion. it comes standard with it, maybe the previous owner has it, it very expensive to buy, nice to have two up so you don't throw your passenger.

Regarding the ABS: I feel it is IMPORTANT to have - just look at the front wheel.
The ring inside the rotor with the wire and sending unit be it.
