I'm cleaning 40 pounds of kale and 5 pounds of asparagus. That's seriously a lot of kale to clean up and process. About half for the freezer and the other half in the dehydrator. This is my first time to catch up on my harvest after Rockets Across America IV. I got a couple broccoli heads as well. All organic and no E-coli; Yummy!

You can always chop the rear fender and use that tag to stop the dirt/water from spraying your back!!!! Man that thing is HUGE!!!!!!!!!
