You're gonna be on your knees for a bit, you'll need something.

Unless you're used to being on your knees for long periods of time...

Have we met?

You'll need chaps to keep your knees from chapping! I'll lend you mine! Wait, you'll stretch the ****ed things out, never mind!

From what I remember there are 3 small fasteners (nuts) that you remove. Then hold the fender brace down while you slip the plate holder out. Then let the fender brace fit back over the bolts and re-secure with the fasteners. Takes just a few minutes.

Billy let me know how you get the turn signal light wires out of the signals without cutting them I have the rivco plate holder that lifts the plate up a inch or so an moves the turn signals inwards. I got as far as that and decided to wait till I put the new custom painted tins on along with the supercharger. The tins might be done next Friday and if all went well Richard said the supercharger kit should ship today :D

warp9.9,
The wires have conectors on the ends behind the lens assembly, just slide one through behind the other. It's easier if you remove them from the mount also. I tried that mod that cuts the rubber of 20 mm or so. Didn't work, ordered Kellerman mini 1000 LED clear lens indicators (25 mm extension and hard mounts) and love them. You can't hardly see them until they light up and then they blind everyone behind you. Other riders don't want to ride in front of me because of my motolights and not behind me because of my Kellermans.
If you cut off your lic plate holder (with a saws-all) just enough to fit the lic plate and drill 2 new holes in your mount for your lic plate you won't need to buy the relocator that's if you don't mind the long droopy indicator lights.
