Leaking rocker cover - SC related?

Hi everyone

It's been a long time so I hope you don't mind me dropping by to ask for some guidance.

I've added a supercharger recently and last week noticed a leak from the right side of the rocker cover. Now at first I thought it was as a result of adding the SC and was a little disappointed. However after searching here it seems that leaking rocker covers are not uncommon so the leak might not be 100% connected to the SC.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Also, is it a job an person with limited mechanical experience can tackle?

I did my own and im no trained mechanic , i did mine on and off 3 times before i got it to seal correctly , top post on this page is the best info i got on how to fit it hassle free

I think the main problem on my bike was that Triumph had powder coated the cover after the gasket surface was machined, making it too uneven for a relatively thin rubber gasket.
