leaking head gasket

2017 R3R with 20000km and a leaking head gasket on the left hand side. Have Ramair, DP Shorty exhausts and a 20+ ECU count for tune changes. Took it to the local dealer who inspected it, Triumph approved the warranty work and I saved $520 because I now do not need to do a 20000km service because it will all be done under the warranty work. How good is that I have absolutely no complaints with Triumph warranty

What perfect timing! Was it a head gasket or valve cover gasket?

It was a head gasket, and no I didn't loosen it to get the work done

Backing the bolts off is the same as loosening it triumph has stood behind me any time I needed warranty or recall work done no problem at all.
