Hello Styledsky and welcome from Virginia. You have an interesting issue there. I'm no help as I have not moved mine since I got it.
 
Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. After a few road (& load) tests I'm of the opinion that even though one shock isn't right, the pair of them are simply inadequate for me as a rider. I like to push the bike a bit and I'm essentially riding two-up all the time due to my height & weight. So a heavier duty set are winging their way to me as we speak, and will be fitted as part of the first service customisation. I'll be sure to post a picture of the work once it's done.
 
The Kyb shocks Triumph routinely uses are all pretty cheap and nasty. The Bonneville family of bike also has shocking shocks (at least the previous gen, not sure about the new 1200 lineup). Quite a few of us seem to have upgraded (Progressive 444 HD in my case.)
 
Ive rune a few different styles of shocks some at different lengths some with auto dampening like the progressive some with manual high speed dampening like Hagon's and YSS. I prefer the manual adjustments myself in fact I have been equally impressed with the adjustable lengths on the YSS even though it is only 10 mm or so. When it comes to the front I imagine a better set of springs will yield some results. I myself was fortunate to go a different way with new springs along with adjustable compression and high speed rebound dampening. I found myself riding on roads I used to avoid so I would not choke on my kidney's :D

I think the Hagons are great and both sets I have are longer might go back but for now I like what I have along with the different tire profiles. A 240/55 in the back and a 140/75 in the front.
