Gave this a try today, popping again on decel. The other tune I tried seemed to give more power but then the bad gas milage.

Please let me know when you get your PCIII back and I'll book my bike in and get it on a dyno.

Daytona Filters?

Might try Daytona carb filters. They work better, sound better, are chrome, and clean easier.

I'm trying to google daytona carb filters and am getting a bunch of stuff, but not sure if any of it is what you're talking about. Are you talking about some chrome pod filters by the Daytona Parts Company? If so, where can I get info on 'em? The website just gives you a chance to do an online parts request form thingie. Thanks for any info.
