Is this the 'New Ramair" filter?

Where did you purchase your Ram-Air?
I bought it through Ramair on EBAY. I got it for $149.99 shipped
to my door in northern California and it took a little over a week
to get here! I thought that was a pretty good price.

There are others here more knowledgable than I regarding the flow differential of
the two systems. I think the K&N's are probably a little better. I think the advantage
with this "kit" is the clean and tidy installation, the O2 sensor extension and the fact
that it fits under the "bear claw" without having to crunch one of the filters. I'm glad
I waited a year or so for the problems with the kit to be worked out. Good on Ramair
for LISTENING and addressing the issues with the original. A responsive company is
worth giving a shot and these guys replaced a good amount of damaged filters.

Thanks, Amigo!
I found it for $149 w/free shipping and ordered one up.
This shall now also cost me another dyno tune to see if/what the difference is compared to my trip K&N RU 2780s.

Does the Ramair flow better than K&N triples?

After tuning my R3R and Patrick's (@albertaduke) back to back, my guru, Nels, thought so.
Note that I must brag while still able to do so that mine did 5 hp more.
I say this only because I know Patrick doing secret things to his R3R and my minor dominance shall very likely be short lived!
