I'm ready to order a Jardine exhaust system for my '08 Classic. What else do I need to order other than the exhaust? Something for the O2 sensor? I know I need a new Fuel Management solution and I'm guessing that a PCIII is best if I want to take the bike to have it dyno'd.

Thanks,
Phil In Washington

The Jardines have a bung for the O2 sensor and they also come with a plug for the bung if you don't use an O2 sensor. The PCIII comes with a bypass plug for the O2 sensor.

You may want to replace the copper gaskets that fit in the exhaust ports. And yes, PCIII to dyno. Also use TuneEcu or Tuneboy for opening the secondaries and advancing the timing.

Doing the same over the next few weeks;)
Just not sure whether to go tune boy or tune ecu:confused:
Tune boy worked a treat on me old bike with Jars

If you still have the Tuneboy tune, just have someone that has Tuneboy and TuneEcu convert it so it will work with TuneEcu.

I'm guessing that the vendor which sells the pipes would have the washers too? Thanks,

Any dealer should have them or you can order them from bikebandit.com.

If you plan to have it dyno'd at a specific shop, you should check with them to see what system they are familiar with. Most only work with Power Commander products since that company also makes their dyno's.
A PCIII, secondaries, Gipro, triples, TOR's and a good dyno tune is the route I took. Couldn't have been easier to do.

Will be getting tuned at me old mate Nevs;)
Going to do cams and lock up clutch again.I kept the clutch out of my old bike so only have to pay for cams, fitting and tuning

Well, that sucks!

I was informed today that my Jardine order is dead.:( I guess newbonneville.com is no longer able to do Jardines. Does anyone have a good source for Jardines?

Thanks,
Phil
