Kmutt, hope your Rockets stay's trouble free. We are fortunate in Pensacola to have a pretty good dealership, they might have a couple of rough spots here and there but overall they try to do well by the customer. Since I used to work there on the inside I know a lot of what that dealership (and more than likely what most other dealerships) has to put up with, deal with both from suppliers, customers, vendors and the staff as well. They do pretty well, I don't think they'll give away the store to make a sale but they try to accomodate you as much as possible. Why don't you send that dealer/owner down south to get an idea what he should be offering his customers.
Anyway, I'm glad to hear about the ignition switch so far. I'm doing some preliminary research on the R3T in preparation for possibly getting a new one when I'm done over here. If I don't sell mine (so far no serious bites) I'll probably just trade it in. The other monster looming on the horizon is the new Gold Wing. But I'm getting mixed signals from the other GW forums and no one is sure if a new edition (other than paint color) with bigger engine is coming out this year or not. But so far I'm leaning towards the R3T as my "best of both worlds" next ride.
