God a set of spider lights as a gift. Would love to hear/see ideas for light pod placement. Not the same frame set up as most bikes.

Going for that low rider look? Can't imagine them on a Rocket. If and when installed, post up some pics showing them. Love to see what they do for it.

IMHO, I find that in the case of rockets that less tends to be more. Unless you really want it to be lit up like a Christmas tree or a carnival, you can strategically locate two lights in front and two in back (each on either side). When standing alone in the dark, the chrome picks up the indirect illumination and looks like starlight. Not showy....just classy.

I just got a few of those led strip lights to highlight the chrome. They run along the back of the gas tank, behind the radiator trim, and passenger peg supports. They just make the engine stand out in the dark more, and since they are just led's you can leave them on while parked without running the battery down.

These are just those LED strip lights you pick up in the "gaudy-kid-crap" isle at Pep Boys or your local auto parts store. Mine are 12" white strips placed under the pinch-weld on the tank and behind the radiator side chrome in this shot. It took a little more creativity for the other side since the bear-claw is in the way. There are a couple more on the side that highlight the exhaust a little. Nothing fancy, subtle, cheap and easy to do .... wire it how you like, mine goes to the heated grip pod on a three way switch that allows for "on with headlights", "constant on" and "off". The electric draw is so small you could leave them on for weeks with little drain on the battery.

The **** Triumph dealer rips up the wires every time they go under the tank, the premadona technician thinks if it's not factory and in the way... F-it!
