I would rather fight than switch

When were done riding these iron ponies, may we all be riding Stolen Horses, on some distant shore. Give this a listen.

I hope that Hellfire and others are riding those stolen ponies right now.

Lovely bit of kit, is it Desert Iron wood burl and birds eye damascus? Who is the maker?

I've got a slight 'edge' problem too, about a 1000 all up - slipjoints, folders, fixed blade, hatchets, commercial and custom, antique carvers, cutlery and 1840's on Russell Green River cutlery, work and hunting knives.

I've got you all covered at a BBQ. :D

You'll have to get the answer from Bill B. This was given in a most humbling gesture by R3 owners to me last fall in Maggie. I am not worthy.

Good eye M8. They call the pattern Buckshot up here.

It was made by my friend Jerry Langdon who retired from being a farrier to make knives. His latest thing is spring assisted Damascus folders .

@JoseyR3Wales, you wound up costing me more than the dollar I lost on the side bet.:p

Nice 'fighter' pattern

Jerry gave me four knives to take to the RAA run in Maggie Valley last fall. We took up a collection and let Glen pick one. At the end of the day I just couldn't force myself to turn the Bowie back in. :banghead:

So far that is the only fighter he has ever made that I know of.
