I wish Triumph would build a Rocket III standard again

Post deleted. My sincerest apologies to Rocket Scientist and anybody else I offended. I thought it was just some photo that was pulled off of the web. I feel absolutely horrible right now. I'd rather wreck another Rocket on a test ride (see the first thread I started) then to do something as brainless and thoughtless as what I just did. The offense was 100% unintentional. I'm asking for forgiveness from all of you especially from Rocket Scientist.

To forgive is divine. But, for someone to make such a monumental failure in judgement, I certainly would question my decision to ride next to them.

The only one here you need to ask for forgiveness is Rocket Scientist.

As for me, I'll take you on your word that it was a genuine mistake but I'll trust a lesson has been learned, and not just by you. We all need to think before we hit that "submit" button sometimes.

Good for you for manning up at least.

Admitting you made a mistake without offering any excuses for it, is the right thing to do. Good on you
he offered an excuse, "to do something as brainless and thoughtless as what I just did" let's move on and be respectful to Rocket Scientist...

I find myself surprised to agree with you Rocket Scientist. I'm a big fan of blacked out bikes, but even for me my Roadster has just a bit too much (I think the blacked out engine puts me over) and with it being really the only option most of the them look same.

On the R3R I am working towards total darkness...

On the 04 and 05 I had I liked the silver motor but wished I had some dark color two tone paint to set it off...

The R3T in black had just enough chrome to offset the black motor and tins...
