On closer inspection , it looks like somebody is about to jump and the finger wagged to the far right is telling them the best spot to pick ! Iso assisted suicide legal there ?

Or at 500X zoom it is more likely a yellow motorcycle crossing the bridge coming towards the finger.

Very doubtful one would survive as a 100 foot fall places one at about 55 mph at impact!

Where near the earth surface is there no air resistance?
Free-fall speeds approaching 200 mph can be attained in a head first, arms to the rear dive.
A "normal" fall terminal velocity is around 120 mph.
