Fall is too far and landing too hard for that. In typical Arizona fashion there is no water in the creek ,just big rocks. Fall is over 100'. Here's a picture of bridge. 4 or 5 jumpers a year.

On closer inspection , it looks like somebody is about to jump and the finger wagged to the far right is telling them the best spot to pick ! Iso assisted suicide legal there ? :unsure:

Or at 500X zoom it is more likely a yellow motorcycle crossing the bridge coming towards the finger.:thumbsup:

Very doubtful one would survive as a 100 foot fall places one at about 55 mph at impact!
 
An object in free fall(without any air resistance )near the earths surface has a quarter mile time of 9.06 seconds and a speed of 198.7 mph

Where near the earth surface is there no air resistance?
Free-fall speeds approaching 200 mph can be attained in a head first, arms to the rear dive.
A "normal" fall terminal velocity is around 120 mph.
