hp/torque mods and dyno sheets

Well that's what this about power output and the cost to produce it Anyone can say they are making BIG power lets see results and the cost to create these wonderful impressive beasts
 
I like the dual personality of my bike. 2500-4500 she is almost like she was stock, powerful but smooth and predictable. That's really a plus riding 2 up.
Above 5000 the power comes on like she's trying to throw me off the back.

I really realized the purpose of the bipolar attitude when riding 2 up with friends. We were rolling along about 70 mph when the front bike signaled for me to take the lead since I was more familiar with the area. I dropped it to 3rd and rolled on it a little hard. It started picking up speed, then the front tire lifted as it started hitting the power band. I couldn't imagine having a passenger with that much torque and hp down low. I'd have to be way too careful with the throttle, even at walking speeds.

Plus with all of the fun power at the higher rpms, I can cruise at 3000-3500 and get 37.5 mpg. Seems like a win win to me.

Yes, mine will normally break the rear tire loose, but a pillion shifts enough weight over the back tire that it lifts the front, I forget and it catches me by surprise every time.
 
I've been reading posts and trying to get ready for a winter project, but wish there was a central place to see others performance mods and dyno sheets in one place. This would make comparisons easier for us and give you guys a chance to show off some. Mostly money spent relates directly to performance gains, but what is the best bang for the buck? Could even be a sticky if it doesn't get into a measuring contest.

I have a pcv ready to go in after the silly season and will get her on the dyno, not shooting for more hp, just gonna smooth out the air/fuel to get her running like hot chocolate. I did the same with my 'Storm' and it made a huge difference. Both bikes are the same setup in that they have tors, k&n filter and decatted. What i noticed immediately was the exhaust note had changed on the Storm and then when i got into the ride i found i was using less throttle for the same response =less fuel!..I am interested in an air ram tho to further enhance the tune.
 
I put 372 H.P. and nearly 400lb. ft. of torque to the wheel.. Alas , I misplaced my dyno run printout:sneaky: ...

My bike specs are higher than that kit.
Big power is not cheap.

SO lets see some results of Richards 400 HP kit since no one else has Dyno results and are just guessing at power output
