How do you REMOVE a Triumph Clock and Fuel Gauge?

Does anyone know (or have instructions) how to remove the standard Triumph Fuel Gauge and Time Clock?

I have looked in the "How To" section but cant seem to find anything about it.

I've still got the Triumph fitting instructions - you could always look at those & work backwards.
