Hoppe Industries - Batwing Fairing

Hey lads;
Okay so the aerodynamics have not suffered.

I have put on about 250kms and it's kills all the buffeting. I hit the highway today and wow fantastic. It truly provides wind protection. The stereo is loud and sounds great around 100km per hour. Anything more it gets a little muddy.

The fairing does feel a little heavier at slow speeds but nothing crazy. Totally worth it.

I truly love the Triumph high performance bagger I'm riding :)

To be honest Tank I can't usually stand anything like that BUT your bike looks gorgeous. The single seat, its colour, chrome accents and hard paniers look awesome and the fairing caps it all off. It really compliments the Rocket.
Never thought I'd say it but it looks superb. Well done

Thanks mate! I'm very happy with it!

That's an awesome look you have going there, I would love one of those fairings but I have 14" apes on so kinda defeats the purpose... But that's just awesome..

After nearly three years since any posts, I doubt anyone minds.
I've done the same thing . . . more than once too! :roll: :rolleyes: :D

Hey all;
Just a little update; i ordered my Hoppe Batwing fairing about two weeks ago. I received a phone call yesterday from John Hoppe advising that he had just received my fairing back from the paint shop.

He told me that he noticed a small run in the paint on the inside lower part of the fairing. He gave me the opportunity to take the fairing with the run in it and he would discount me the paint price or I could send it back for repainting.

I elected to send it back. I spent $2200 USD which ended up being $3099CAD. So I figured i was already into it for a boatload of cash so it might as well be perfect.

I'm happy that John Hoppe called me and told me about the issue before shipping. This speaks positively to his quality control and customer service. Shipping to canada is $175 USD. So it would not have been a fun experience shipping it back.

Can't wait to get the fairing and I'll do a full review and pictures when i get it

You lads think i made the right choice getting it repainted right?!
A couple of hundred quid I might of said yes but for that sort of money I would want it 100% I'd also declare to toy insurer after its fitted just in case
