I have seen a few others adapted from HDs. I seem to recall one other commercially available, but can't recall who made it or if it was even just a prototype.
 
I've seen pictures of a guy making a road glide fairing work. One I really liked was a picture of a Goldwing fairing. I don't think it was real though. Most I've seen adapts hd stuff to our bikes. Nothing cheap unfortunately.
 
I'd say you can adapt just about any fairing out there that goes on a single headlight Harley to fit. You just need to fab or have fabbed the mounts for it yourself. Ready to bolt on, I know of only the Corbin. However, how hard can it be? One might even be able to take the mounts that hold the windshield and cobble something up with those as the base.
