Help! Trying to install Oxford Premium Cruiser Heaterz on my 2007 R3T - got the old throttle grip off but the throttle tube has bumps on it and the Oxford Heaterz tube appears too small - Am I missing something or is there a solution to this perplexing problem?

Hmm, I don't recall bumps on the bar. Do you have an aftermarket bar ?

I have Oxford heated grips, and love them for those days when I'm all wrapped up.

Thanks for your response - The bumps are actually on the throttle tube - wondering if the Oxford Heaterz I bought are marked wrong - came in the 1” Cruiser 2 box but won’t go over the throttle tube. Unfortunately I can’t find anyone to tell me how to confirm dimensionally if they should fit or that the wrong Heaterz were sent in the right box. Or alternately should I deemed the bumps and ridge off the throttle tube to make them fit??

My 2014 Touring has a smooth bar.

In your photo, the black bit with the bumps sure appeared to be a separate piece that could be removed with sufficient encouragement.
