Headlight visors look cool -- will they fit my bike ?

2014 Rocket III Touring

The visors appear to still be available, and when I check it says "Special Edition only"

I've seen reference to Special Editions on this site -- was there something special about the auxiliary and headlight that allowed fitting the visors, or will they bolt on the auxiliary and headlight that came on my bike ?
