I think I'm going to go with a run flat this time. I had a flat with the regular car tire and it went all the way to the rim. fortunately, I was close to home and was able to plug it and air it up I believe the run flat would stay up better.

They do ride a little stiffer. Hence, stiff sidewalls are what makes them run-flats. Keep air pressure around 30psi or the center will wear out too quickly on you. Go to tire rack.com to read reviews. I wanted a tread that lasted and worked well in rain. Good luck.

i run mine around 36-37 psi
