That would have been a front wheel lock up after the comprehensive road test involving redlining in each gear and 4 x 170 Kph passes

on the dirt if the beemer does not break something, they are not as bullet proof as they used to be

Some of the 2012-13 year models were known to have faulty valve guides which caused the shim buckets to jam and cause the bigger the problems, have not heard of any 2014 models doing it, I did my homework before pulling the trigger but thanks for the concern LoftyBob, good to see you back here

BMW has the highest complaint rating among owners. Everything from electrical problems to mechanical issues. Good looking bike Hanso. Glad to hear that you plan on sticking around.
