Got Rear Ended Again

I almost had a head on collision 2 weeks ago. I got on the side of the road and still got sideswiped. 25k in damage to my truck and trailer.

Geez wannbe I'm glad it weren't no worse mate .in my career as truck driver I've totalled one of my trucks when I rolled it over at speed burst into flames .I even took a bit of time up on the local news!!

You know, police use these big vans for surveillance because people do not see them. Maybe they should be banned from actual use on highways and roads…

Just curious how your insurance works down there after two strikes. Here in my state it's no fault insurance. Under no fault insurance each party's respective insurance company pays for his/her damages reguardless of who is at fault in a motor vehicle accident. Then comes the surcharges..... Another day above ground is a good one though..

Personally I believe anyone who uses the 'I didn't see him' excuse in any accident should immediately have their license suspended. If you can't see other vehicles on the road you should not be permitted to drive until your vision is corrected.
