I’ve decided to put my 2016 Roadster on a diet. Suggestions where I can save weight please? Exhausts obviously. Titanium 3 into 1 with road legal baffle? But where else?

Baffle that can be lobbed in so the system won’t need changing back for the MOT?

Foot rails - slotted? or ditch them entirely with rear sets.
Titanium bolts everywhere adds up in cost but also weight saving.

All lights to small led.
Carbon fiber front fork shields,
Plastic or fiberglass front and rear smaller guards, Bearclaw
RamAir and delete all under seat plumbing
Rizoma Spy bar end mirrors .
Smaller front tyre,
Carbon fiber wheels, the list goes on.

@Claviger is the lightness king. He has a post around here somewhere in which his R3 lost quite a bit of weight.

Three ways to shave a ton of weight off the bike

1--Stock exhaust throw it away and install a carpenter sidewinder and you will shave off 40lbs
2- Stock wheels throw them away and install carbon fiber wheels you will save a lot
3-Stop pigging out on fish and chips and do some excercise
