Fuel tank removal

i remember putting sand in a one gallon tank and shaking the **** out of it
if you try that with the rocket tank make a video
 
That looks like a product of winter storage with low fuel level. The condensation in the fuel tank leads to all manner of nastiness. If it were my project I'd probably figure a way to use some Caswell tank sealer to prevent future problems.
