yup, i get up to 40mpg on the highway trips and then all the way down to 30mpg around town.

The range until empty is a little weak.....I often ride a fair distance with the range until empty remaining the same. It seems to be doing a very slow on the fly calculation.

always (if I remember)reset trip odometer when I fuel up 6gal. x 30 mpg/180 plus or minus 225 miles compensate for how I ride though fuel light pretty dependable coming on with just under 2 gal. left

Cal if you bend the float down it floats more keeping the low fuel switch from activating early.

It makes sense. I was under the impression that the higher it is the longer it was going to take to reach the bottom plate. I was wrong.

Hey Dave my ignition switch screwed up on the Falcon so I went out to the beast I got from you and found you had cut the ignition wires off about 1/2 inch from the switch . I must ask was that one bad also? I have a new one on order but was looking for something to get the beast running.
Did you go keyless on her ?

Sorry for cutting it that close... it still worked when I rewired and went wireless...
