front turn signal wires

anyone remove the signals and know how the wires go?


I hate to just snip then at the front, but if they run all the way to the right side panel then I need to snip them so I can wire my new ones up


just thought Id ask first, I might just disassemble the housing

and its not easily seen in the Manual

Reg: I wired in Silver Bullet halogens on the front and rear. On the front I merely cut the wires and then wired the new Silver Bullets to the original wiring and used the stock mounts less the original lights and drilled the hole larger for the Silver Bullets to mount into. No problem cutting the wires and mounting them.

Reg front right side white + black neg, left side green + black neg, snip away my friend........... :wink:

there are 2 sets of white connectors on the main wire loom front left under the tank that then runs inside the loom until it comes out at the connectors by the ECU, right side panel.

Inside the loom they splice into wiring for the idiot light, turn signal switch and flasher unit. you can cut them at the lights and have no problem, if you use LED's then you will need a load balancer that will make them flash at the right speed.

thanks all, I ended up disassemblign the bulb housing,

just removed the housign and now have th ebare wires to hook my singals up to..not leds.. some flush mounts...
