Fog light wiring

I bought a harness with relay to run a set of fog lights and it has an ACC (accessory) wire that I'm not sure of a good place to hook into the bike. I'm assuming this wire kills power to the harness when the key is off. All suggestions appreciated.

The accessory wire is for
If you want to leave the accessory fog lights on with out the ignition on then you hook it into the ignition accessory position wire.

Ok I had it backwards. I couldn't find any good YouTube tutorials for this. Ones I did find were in languages I don't understand.
