stand up straight and grab the world by the a$$
just a little piece of info on a problem i had with a good customer.
late dodge full size van. i rebuilt the van transmission automatic a short time later she started complaining about the way it worked. she was losing power going up the hills. she brought it in and left it with me several times. finally i got to fell the problem and it was losing power on the engine. so i recommended to take it to a good mech. after a few mechanics told her it was the transmission i was forced to find the problem.
it was close to 6 months when it finally got bad enough where i could solve the problem.
the ecu was failing to give the injectors the proper signals. replaced ecu every one happy
usually takes the ecu a while to get hot and for problems to show their face.
my own 01 dodge durango when i have been driving in stop and go traffic in 105 degrees when i restart the engine it will not run wright for a little while i am pretty sure it is the ecu but in order to check i would have to lift the hood in 105 degrees and put test equipment on an engine that is 205 degrees so i say forget that $hit.
