I have went with titanium exhaust manifold nuts.
They remain tight much better.

We may be quibbling unnecessarily -- according to Wikipedia (and of course, we do not have a standards certificate for $7), the seller claims them to be 89% titanium (with a mix of Vanadium and Aluminum making the alloy), and most folks here would consider that to be "Titanium".

I kept loosing header cover bolts so finally bought some stainless hex cap bolts from the hardware store with lock washers. Many many miles later and all is well. The manifold bolts were loose last time I checked- note to self, check them again. Big engine, lots of vibration.....

They do not specify the chemical composition. My gues would be no as titanium is used as a alloying element. Like stated above. The alloy above being a beta alloy, altgough not pure titanium has strength 3 times that of a austenic stainless steel.

Locktite might work,

Unless you intend to get the exhausts hot at all. Most Loctite smokes well at about 80°C.
