That's what I was thinking, it hasn't been updated in a while.
I incorrectly connected the wires after positioning the signals. This caused three quick hyper flashes. It confused me because, before disassembling anything, I had connected the signals to the wires to check for hyper flashes. I would ensure they are connected properly, as they will still signal with three quick flashes when connected backward. Not saying you did but I did while hooking them up and that was my experience lol .

Did a thing today. Installed the evotech scrolling led turn signals. Wanted to get away from the rounded turn signals just never matched the sport muscle look also matches my mirroslrs better imo. 200 bucks came in a pack of 4.

Pretty much plug and play. Did have to go to ace hardware to get longer bolts and some nuts as the new ones don't have the threading built into the housing. Side note the front ones don't need longer ones and there's no room if a socket to fit. Ended up using a flathead screw driver to hold the locknut in place.
So, um, how do you remove the rear indicators? Mine is loose and I can't tighten or loosen it

There are two bolts under each blinker and that separates the blinker housing. Then look between the back mud guard and the bottom of the blinker housing and there are two more bolts mounted horizontally, Those two are a ***** which are the ones that will tighten the whole housing.

What size are those 2? I can't get any size to fit there

will do, also the 2 bolts are 3mm hex head. And it's so much easier to take the license plate off and remove the 3 bolts which are torx head and then there are 4 more torx head to remove the mud guard. Seems like more work but it will save you lots of time

I believe they are 3mm allen head.
2 under the turn signals and 2 on the back.
Everything has loctite so it may seem tough at first.
I had to jam a thin flat head next to the nut on the turn signal.
