Engine/Fueling Probs at 3500 revs week after fitting PCv

No, the PC-V won’t adjust itself (normally, it’s not supposed to).

The miss/lean/hesitation thing could be and usually is one of three things:
TPS out of calibration
Vacuum Leak
Coil wires (the small ones) need connectors re-crimped to ensure a good connection (they loosen sometimes).

Aside from those three issues, I would very much suspect the tune made for your bike.

I suggest run through all three of those, only an hour or two of work, then if it persists go back to the shop and explain the situation.

something u might want to check is the gear position switch.
it would be very odd malfunction only in 2/3/4 and work 1st & 5th. but i have seen stranger things.

i would talk to the tuner before doing to much.

question
i was under the impression that when u hooked up the PCV u no longer use the tables on triumph ecu is that correct.

Thank you once more! Will check those things during this week as I've already booked and going back to the shop on Friday.

As I understand is after hookin up PCV the ECU map should remain the same as PCV tune is based on the ECU map at the time of tuning on Dyno, unless you have a AutoTune or want to do some minor changes like fan ON temperature, speed adjustment etc.

i have had a situation before where it went mad lean at obscure times, and yellowed the exhaust flange dome nuts
turned out a firmware update for the PCV sorted it.

if Donny's PCV was only fitted by Deano the Dyno man a couple of weeks ago, it should be new/have the latest firmware version, however it could have been sitting on a shelf for a while too,,, but anyway there's something to rule out.
