No, the PC-V won’t adjust itself (normally, it’s not supposed to).
The miss/lean/hesitation thing could be and usually is one of three things:
TPS out of calibration
Vacuum Leak
Coil wires (the small ones) need connectors re-crimped to ensure a good connection (they loosen sometimes).
Aside from those three issues, I would very much suspect the tune made for your bike.
I suggest run through all three of those, only an hour or two of work, then if it persists go back to the shop and explain the situation.
