I think they need to call them Engine Cycles. They are so dissimilar to what we motor cycles now they don’t deserve the same title.

It could be said that, technically, motorbikes are wrongly named. Internal combustion units are "engines." So we are riding enginebikes?

And electric power units are "motors" so 'lecky bikes are correctly motorbikes?

My ex-girlfriend already has one or I should say two. The original Whizzer and next up the industrial strength Whizzer. I was then shown the door.

Well the dictionary is wrong. After over 100 years of common language usage of motorcycle it has become the proper term.
