Eastern Beaver with Lo Cut Out Switch Install

Installed the Easten Beaver relay harness today. All went smooth... Very easy to install but have encountered one issue- the gauges no longer sweep and the indicator lights do not light up during the self test. I hear the familiar clicking but nothing else. It starts with no hesitation and the head lights function as they should. After ignition the RPM gauge will sweep but not the speedo. Both gauges respond when rolling. Anyone else experience this or have I accidentally dislodged a harness during the process?

Sounds like something may have been dislodged.

Stupid question that I should know the answer to but running through the list of potential causes I have forgot whether the front and rear signal lights are on with the headlights or only active when flashing to signal a turn. On only when signaling or all the time and flash when initiated? Thanks.
