thats why the license plate says oklahoma is OK cant spell mediocore (neither can I)

Actually you could, but in the US, you have to have the government's permission, to sue them. If they want to hide their fraud they will not allow it. But it does happen. Generally, the State's attorney has to see that your accusation has at least a ring of truth. It the frivolous stuff that they would otherwise get presented that never gets past the first gate!
 
When you told me about the bike in January, you were proud of how it came to happen. Hans in right. The title is falsified now. 4000 miles overnite is quite a feat.
