Daytona Bike Week March 2019

Been here since Friday the 8th. Have looked high and low for a Rocket, just one. I did not see a single one amongst thousands of bikes. Out at the Speedway most of the manufacturers are there letting you take demo rides. Triumph was not. WTF!
Its no wonder Rockets never took off in the US. They have no marketing!:(

And NO pictures of you!! :mad:

What's the overall attitude like in the crowds Grumpy? I'd love to get over there one day, the biggest decision is if I go with a mate or the wife...

@Dr.D

I found this today for you at Saints n’ Sinners...do these tits redeem me for the other tramp???;)

Triumph was on Main Street in 2007 and had a big showing over at the race track in 2008. Last time I was at Bruce Rossmyers HD they had a Triumph dealership at his location.

Yea...there’s my ONE!

I'm back from the Keys side trip and the '05 R3 was delivered as planned so there should be another Rocket rumbling down Main Street Daytona tomorrow.

I usually hang out at the Broken Spoke Saloon if they have a good band playing.

The last time I was there, there was an airbrush artist working his magic on some nudes - crossing my fingers he's back this year!!

There is excellent BBQ next door too as a consolation prize if he's not there.

PS - I landed a nice 20+ LB Mahi Mahi, a green Moray Eel, a baby Grouper and two Yellowfin Snapper off the coast of Key Largo.
The fresh fish for dinner tonight was delicious.

That Mahi Mahi is one of the best fish eaten fresh isnt it???....caught a few in the pacific islands...

Here's a small one for you. Yes, I've had it a few times but everything tastes better when you catch/kill it yourself. They were all really good.

Nice!! They look good when theyr'e jumping outa the water...changing colour. I have caught them around Vanuatu and we also get them down here in our northern waters now.

Up here in New England all we eat are tuna and strippers ...;)We have a real problem with great white sharks up here. Last summer we lost a huge tuna to a great white.
