Having my first sicky since 1990. Knelt down on my dicky knee yesterday and my knee locked up as usual. Tried to straighten my leg expecting the usual pain and clunk noise. No clunk just pain, can't straighten my leg. Can't push the clutch in in my truck so can't work. Went to the doc, there saying suspected ACL/meniscal tear. Going for an MRI scan toomorow. Hopefully all will be good and a little rest playing grey nomad over Easter and I'll be back in my truck Tuesday.

Rest and try to make good from a not so good situation. Hope you get full recovery.

sounds like a good excuse for an extended long weekend Bruce, enjoy and I hope the pain goes away and lets you enjoy it

WHAT??? Where were you in 1990:sneaky:

Sorry you are hurting. Heal well and enjoy the time off. You know even a hardworking truck driving man can take a workday off at least once every 25 years.

I have four friends with knee replacements and one with a double knee replacement. They were reborn after they had it done. I know this is no consiliation, but there is hope for the future.;)

Had one of those tears myself. Ended up under the scope. Took about 3 weeks after the scope surgery and I was back at it. But that was over 10 yrs ago so Im not sure that would be the case this time should it happen again. Good Luck hope its an easy fix. Al
