Corbin "Young Guns"

Besides the firmness that keeps my ars from aching on long rides, I like that it sits me down into the bike more. The stock seats put you up on top of the bike while this one puts you down and more "inside" the bike.

The passenger portion isn't much good for anything but bar hoping but the Butty Buddy fits it really well giving it a wide, comfortable and higher seating position for the wife so she can see over my head.

It's the same seat seen on the NewR3.com ad on the top right of the page, I got the large alligator for the seating and small alligator for the tail with snake trim. It's held up very well and is as easy to remove and install as the stock seat since it mounts on the factory points. There is no alteration needed to the bike.

My brother has the seat on his Roc. It is VERY firm like all Corbins but that seems to be the trick to comfort. It is also deceptively wide so even though it is lower doesn't mean that it is easier to touch the ground.

+1 on Hellfire's recommendation for the Butty-Buddy. The rear portion of the seat is merely for decoration and isn't suitable for a passenger. But is serves as a great platform for the Butty-Buddy.

I have had the fastgun for over four years now and it is still as brick hard as the day I bought it, I hate soft seats and how any one can ride with one is beyond me:eek:
You say the seat is 3" lower I very much doubt it, I asked them to scoop as much as they could from my seat and only managed 1/2".
If they take 3" your family jewels will be resting on top of the battery:D

The R3R seat height is listed as just over 30". Corbin claims that the Young Guns seat puts the seat height at 27". I only know what I read.

Some companies measure the seat height with a load on it,others dont.
I read the other day HD have changed to measuring the seat height without a rider.
