Oops you are correct my mistake that is a 15A fuse. looked like a 7.5A on my shaky old photo.

Thanks so much for the offer mate , hopefully if mine turns up in the time frame they gave me I should just about be ready !
As I said , no good deed goes unpunished and sods law dictates the day you send it will be the same day you will probably end up needing it lol ! I am still tempted to bite the bullet and fit the new sensor anyway , check the integrity of the rest of the system and finally use the tune ecu to reset ! I ran the bike today till hot , unplugged the sensor and tested the resistance , manual I have says it should read between 200 to 400 ohms when hot , I am reading 680 !

Getting to that coolant sensor gonna require the 10 pounder looks like ! Just changed the bloody oil too .

Ok great you're getting the hang of the multimeter so. Tune ecu will tell u what the error code is that'll give a clue and u can also check temp reading with it too
