Compiled Dynos, I was bored

Planning to add Freak Beast's plot, baseline (my roughed in tune) and tuned on Friday. The exact build is distinctly different from any posted so far.

My Exact Setup:
CES Headers with 2.25 rear section and slightly longer muffler.
Carpenter 265 Head and Cam
Stock Rods and Pistons
Head is decked to get compression up around 10:1
Secondaries IN but 100% open over 2000
K&N 1750s
7000 RPM redline (New Roadster restricts this ... for now).

Prediction:
~150lb-ft from 2000-3000, 170lb-ft from 4000-7000 with a peak of 175lb-ft at 6000.

Let's see how calibrated my butt Dyno is

170lb-ft at 7000 is 226 RWHP. About right where it should be considering all the factors against me compared to a 265 kit with pistons, carp pipes, and no filter which we know makes a touch over 265.
 
Talked to Bob Carpenter today, he has the hardware part done on the turbo kit, still working on the tuning.
 
Looking forward to what he releases, I'm cautiously optimistic, but I don't actually expect anything to be released anytime soon.
 
Yeah he said he's not sure if he wants to do it again. He said it needed even bigger injectors than he thought.

YES the bikes running and some feedback would be helpful as to how much HP would you all like to have on the TURBO and it is of course a streetbike that will be used for everyday riding and long distance touring And kicking AZZ

I would like a touring turbo set up. I'd also like to know how much it costs. Is it a bolt on turbo or is there motor work required?
 
It will depend -- as with all the other extra power options -- how much power, and at what RPM you want it delivered.

As has often been said here, the motor as designed and delivered (especially for the Touring) is "under stressed" -- aka has plenty of reserve.

You can get a feel for this if you're student of all that is offered and comments. My guess, just as Carpenter's current offers, and TTS' current offerings, you can purchase a little or a lot.

And as to your question -- this or -- my guess you can get either: an improvement with no major engine work, or much more with major engine work.

And most mods I've seen also call for work on the clutch -- the whole system is only as strong as the weakest link.
 
THE POWER will be adjustable with boost variation
