It will depend -- as with all the other extra power options -- how much power, and at what RPM you want it delivered.
As has often been said here, the motor as designed and delivered (especially for the Touring) is "under stressed" -- aka has plenty of reserve.
You can get a feel for this if you're student of all that is offered and comments. My guess, just as Carpenter's current offers, and TTS' current offerings, you can purchase a little or a lot.
And as to your question -- this or -- my guess you can get either: an improvement with no major engine work, or much more with major engine work.
And most mods I've seen also call for work on the clutch -- the whole system is only as strong as the weakest link.
