So the wife decides she wants to be part of the fun and ride on the Rocket. I found a brand new classic seat on e-bay for 75 bucks. I bid and won at 75 bucks. Stuck it on and compared to my custom solo Rich's seat I lost about 4 inches of height. Bummers. It will be back to Rich's for a custom double seat. Looks nice with the classic seat though, don't you think? BTW, it came with ALL the hardware, so I have an extra set of the key lock and cable for the seat release (no key). Was thinking of taking the pins out so if I ever lost my key I could remove the seat with any key. Could hide a spare under the seat. I also left me windscreen off after I got it back from the upgrade kit install. I forgot how much fun it is without the screen when the weather is nice.

And with my new classic seat:

I got one on mine.

I also bought a backrest in the Triumph factory sale as it was about 25% of the full price.

I fitted it out of curiosity and was amazed at how strong the push in the back is when accelerating. I had a pain at the top of my legs before which was obviously caused by the effort of hanging on.

The backrest feels a bit strange at first but if you got the Classic Tour seat, it's worth a try.
