Maybe a loose baffle in one of the mufflers,,give them a bit of a tap(gently) on the lower side with a rubber mallet, at least that will show up or eliminate one potential cause.
Rattles are all sorts of fun trying to find. The grill on the radiator is another possible culprit. I find that earplugs get rid of all the rattles though.
i finally found where a rattle was coming from, it was the screen on the radiator in the bottom where it was metal rubbing on metal, so i laid a strip of rubber in there
