This worked so well for me, I wish to share the measurements of the tool Rob @Claviger made for adjusting my valves.

Would it help to put a little bit of a radius on the legs that hold the bucket down?

There's a lot of little things you could do to make the tool better, but it only has to be good enough to get the job done, and it did

In fairness to Rob, he did this in haste, by hand hold use of a Makitata cut-off tool & drill.
