I'm not getting any real cooperation over the phone with L&D, I asked that I bring it in and wait while they determine the leak. Since they NEVER have parts in stock that makes sense to me and I'll just bring it back when the parts come in. W E L L ... no, they want it dropped off so they can diagnose it ($), take it apart ($), order parts ($) and fix it ($).
Screw that, I'll get a little bottle of dye and diagnose it myself. Then when I know exactly what it is I'll call Brian at Triumph to complain.
I'm convinced that anytime you can take the dealer out of the loop you are better off warranty wise. This is ridiculous the way service depts treat customers ... I NEVER did crap like that when I was writing service. I just don't think this kid they have running the joint was ever properly trained on how to communicate to customers and manufacturers.
Very disappointing. I wish I lived closer to Manyunk Triumph, I hear they are much better.
